I would like to share my experience with Initiative Engineering. I purchased a multi-port valve through a local installer, and ever since I replaced my MPV, I started getting very high hardness values from day 2 of regeneration. The General Manager of Initiative Engg reached out to me and explained what could have gone wrong while installing the MPV. Clearly it was the reduced length of the riser pipe (which the local installer reduced for easy installation without knowing the importance of keeping the exact specification mentioned in the MPV). Once I replaced the riser pipe with the correct length, the issue got resolved. I would like to thank the general manager for reaching out to me over a call and arranging for his team to work with me to resolve the issue. Really appreciate true customer delight!
